Steven has worked in the drug and alcohol treatment field since 2012, and has experience working directly with clients in treatment, ensuring clinicians and medical staff are maintaining a high standard of care, and facilitating the admissions process here at SOBA Texas. He has been sober since 2010, and uses his own experiences to understand and relate to what clients are going through while they are here in treatment. He has a degree in biology, and is a pre-medical student at the University of Texas San Antonio. Steven is the Lead Quality Assurance Coordinator and ensures that all medical and clinical documentation is completed using the standards set by the Texas Department of State Health Services, and ensures that all documentation meets the high quality standard expected here at SOBA Texas. In between working full time and going to school full time, Steven enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with his famous dog Stella!

Winter Draghici

Winter DraghiciHuman Resources Supervisor

Winter Draghici is the Human Resources Supervisor at SOBA Texas. A native of San Antonio, for the last 10 years Winter has successfully worked in the medical and human resources field as an Office Manager and Medical Assistant for some of San Antonio’s premier medical and pharmaceutical companies. She brings her experience, passion and dedication to SOBA Texas staff and its client guests as she coordinates operations and runs the Human Resources department at the SOBA Texas. She has been with Soba Texas from day one of the operations and continues to excel with the growth of the company every day. She is a proud member of the Soba Recovery family.

Ashley Nicolich

Ashley NicolichHuman Resources

Ashley is a proud military brat from West Virginia. Growing up in an Air Force family that frequently moved from state to state and country to country, Ashley gained a unique perspective on human diversity and an appreciation for new experiences that has enabled her to succeed wherever she goes.

Ashley graduated from the Academy of Healthcare Professions in San Antonio, TX in 2010, where she earned her MA Certificate. She then worked for a prominent orthopedic surgeon in New Braunfels, TX for 3 years before joining the SOBA team. Ashley did not only assist the physician, she also coordinated and overlooked the front and back office and trained any newcomers within the company.

“A true Jill-of-all-trades” Ashley is the mother of a little girl who is her pride and joy. She has also confronted drug addiction within her own family, she tried desperately to help her cousin overcome an addiction, only to see her pass away in 2010, she was only 20 years old.

Ashley joined the SOBA team as a way to help others get control and live a happy, healthy life once again.

Andrea Mallozzi

Andrea MallozziAdministrative Finance Assistant

Andrea earned a diploma as a Medical Administrative Assistant and has over two years working in medical administration. Her duties include staff communication of services, new employee orientation and various accounting needs.
